Current Position: We’re GROWING! We have immediate openings for full-time Skilled Commercial Carpenters in Warren, Ohio. This position is eligible for a $1,000 Sign on Bonus after meeting minimum employment requirements.

The Position: Dawn Incorporated is looking for experienced skilled Commercial Carpenters. The ideal candidates will have good knowledge of Commercial carpentry methods. Candidates must be willing to perform other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Cut, shape, and smooth materials according to drawings
• Builds walls, Ceilings, and Soffits using various size and gauge metal studs and fasteners
• General rough and finish carpentry, install doors, hardware, cabinets, etc.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Carpenter
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction

Work Conditions/Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel within a 5-hour radius of Warren, OH. Company pays travel expenses. Employees are home weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and federal background check
• Must possess a valid driver license
• Hourly starting pay rate between $30-$50/hour varies by skills, project, and location
