The Lodge at Genevea-on-the-Lake

- LOCATION: Geneva-on-the-Lake, OH
- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Significant enhancements to this popular lakeside resort facility. Enhancements were made to the existing pool deck and outdoor recreation areas and included the addition of Erie Breeze, an outdoor food and beverage pavilion, expanded seating, outdoor games, large fire pit, and indoor pool open-air feature.

- BENEFIT TO OUR CLIENT: The project added another level of luxury to The Lodge's resort offerings, helping to ensure it remains a top lakeside destination for years to come. Dawn worked diligently to minimize disruptions for guest and resort staff while maintaining safety of everyone involved. Sitework, concrete preparations, and carpentry were self-performed. The project was completed on time and on budget.

US Coast Guard Exchange E-Commerce Distribution Center

- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project included design and construction to renovate the interior and exterior of the existing warehouse and convert it into a dedicated e-commerce distribution center.

- BENEFIT TO OUR CLIENT: Dawn Incorporated executed the project in two-phases and self-performed select demolition and carpentry, which allowed the government to maintain their operations during construction. The project was completed on time and on budget.

- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Color 3's newly purchased corporate headquarters building required renovations and building system upgrades before they could move company operations and begin production.

- BENEFIT TO OUR CLIENT: The Dawn Team offered many options and solutions, applying value engineering to ensure the project fit in the client's budget while meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. The project schedule was fast-tracked to ensure major utility and system upgrades were completed early so Color 3 could move in and start operating in their new facility as soon as possible. Dawn Incorporated self-performed carpentry and the project was completed on time and on budget.
