Dawn R. Ochman, President/CEO, has spent the past three decades building Dawn Incorporated from the ground up. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 1989 and started her career as an Accountant for local trucking and construction companies in the Youngstown-Warren area. Dawn quickly realized she wanted to build something of her own and in 1993, she founded Dawn Incorporated. As a first-generation business owner, Dawn is dedicated to ensuring the financial stability of the company for the next generation of leadership. Her drive has laid the groundwork for the firm to achieve our mission and vision.
