Ashley R. Swipas, Administrative Director, joined Dawn Incorporated in 2011 after earning her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University. She has spent more than a decade serving the company in an administrative capacity, quickly adapting to meet Dawn Incorporated’s continued growth. Ashley was promoted to Administrative Director in 2018. She oversees administrative staff assuring reliable support for operations by creating procedures and communicating them company-wide.
