We provide construction services including all aspects of project management, construction planning, and design build services. Our primary market is the Federal Government. Some of our clients include the US Air Force, GSA, and US Coast Guard. We typically work within a 5-hour radius of our corporate office in Warren, OH.

Skills Needed:

• Ability to prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven

  The Preferred Candidate:

• Has at least 5 years’ experience in commercial estimating
• Experienced at bidding construction values of $10 million or more
• Has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a construction related field
• Is familiar with estimating software programs including RS Means and On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
• Has previous experience as a construction Project Manager
