Who We Are:
At Dawn Incorporated we work hard, respect each other, and have fun! Dawn Incorporated is a small company with a big heart and we are expanding! We provide construction services including all aspects of project management, construction planning, and design build services. Our primary market is the Federal Government. Some of our clients are: US Air Force, US Army Corp of Engineers, GSA, and US Coast Guard. We typically work within a 5-hour radius of our corporate office in Warren, OH.

Skills Needed:
✓ Ability to prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail.
✓ Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
✓ Strong communication skills
✓ Organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.
✓ Project Management experience

Compensation:
Dawn Incorporated offers competitive salary packages to include healthcare including dental and vision, 401k with employer matching, profit sharing, holiday pay, personal days, vacation, paid training and education. Employees who consistently perform above expectations may be able to work remotely. Starting annual salary range of $65-90k based on experience.

The Preferred Candidate:

• Has at least 5 years’ experience in commercial estimating
• Experience bidding construction values of $10 million
• Has a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or a construction related field
• Is organized, motivated, detail-oriented and has impeccable problem-solving skills
