The Problem: Geneva-on-the Lake is a resort town on Lake Erie that attracts a lot of tourism. A lodge here hired us to create a fun center that would appeal to adults and children alike. They wanted to provide a communal space for people to gather and engage in leisure activities on and off the lake. Because this construction project needed to be completed before their very short 4-month peak season period arrived, we were on a tight timeframe. 

The Solution: Dawn Incorporated constructed an outdoor space that included an outdoor bar, bocce court, shuffleboard, fire pit, and extended outdoor seating, giving guests a comfortable place to relax and build relationships. In addition, these high-end amenities attracted a significant amount of additional reservations and increased profits. We were pleased to complete this construction project in only 90 days, well ahead of schedule.
